About the role
We are looking for a reliable and skilled operative to join our property maintenance team.You will carry out a range of maintenance tasks across our managed portfolio in Greater Manchester.PPE and all specialist tools are provided. A van and fuel card are included for site-to-site travel.
What we're looking for
- Minimum 2 years trade experience
- UK driving licence
- Comfortable working independently
- Basic plumbing and carpentry skills
