# HandymanMulti-skilled handyman for reactive repairs, small works and make-ready jobs across our managed portfolio.Full-timeManchester & Greater Manchester£28,000 – £34,000 per annum## About the role## About the roleBluelink is hiring a reliable \\*\\*Handyman\\*\\* to handle day-to-day repairs, tenant turnaround tasks and small improvement works across residential and light commercial properties.### What you will do- Complete reactive and planned maintenance tickets to SLA- Carry out basic plumbing, carpentry, decorating touch-ups and fixtures- Prepare voids and Airbnb turnovers alongside cleaning teams- Photograph completed works and update the job system- Escalate complex trade issues promptly- Keep the van stocked and present Bluelink professionally on every visit### What we offer- Van, fuel card, phone and core tool kit- Varied daily work across a busy portfolio- Support to grow into specialist trade pathways## What we're looking for* Proven multi-skilled maintenance / handyman experience* Competent in basic plumbing, carpentry and decorating* UK driving licence and clean, customer-friendly manner* Able to work independently and manage a daily job list* Right to work in the UK; DBS preferred for residential access* CSCS card — advantageous## Our interview process1.
