# Construction SupervisorSupervise quality, programme and compliance across active construction and refurbishment packages.Full-timeManchester & North West£36,000 – £46,000 per annum## About the role## About the roleAs a \\*\\*Construction Supervisor\\*\\* you bridge Site Managers and trades — inspecting works, driving snag-free progress and protecting programme on Bluelink projects.### What you will do- Supervise daily works against drawings, specs and programme- Carry out quality inspections and close snag lists promptly- Monitor H&S compliance and stop unsafe work immediately- Track labour productivity and material usage- Liaise with clients, consultants and supply chain on site issues- Produce clear daily reports and photo evidence packs### What we offer- Varied residential and commercial project mix- Support toward SMSTS / further site management qualifications- Direct line into Site Manager progression## What we're looking for* 2+ years supervisory experience on construction or major refurb projects* SSSTS or SMSTS; CSCS Supervisor card* Ability to read drawings and specifications accurately* Firm but fair approach with subcontractors* Organised reporting and digital photo documentation habits* Full UK driving licence## Our interview process1.
