Responsibilities- Lead engaging workshops to uncover client needs and map out business processes.
- Translate requirements into smart, scalable solutions using BlueCRM and BlueCMS products within the Microsoft Dynamics and Umbraco platforms respectively.
- Configure and customise Dynamics 365 to bring those solutions to life.
- Present your work to clients, gather feedback, and refine until it’s just right.
- Deliver hands-on training and support clients through a smooth go live.
- Collaborate with Senior Consultants to ensure every project is delivered on time, on budget, and with a smile.
- Be a trusted advisor, sharing insights, best practices, and Bluelight’s expertise.
- Build strong relationships with clients and internal teams alike.
- Spot risks before they become issues and keep everyone in the loop with clear, confident communication.
- Stay sharp on Dynamics and Bluelight products to deliver top-tier discovery workshops, training, and QA.
- Work closely with our product team to shape solutions that truly meet client needs.
- Create high-quality documentation and contribute to our growing library of industry templates.
- Help define and configure sector-specific solutions that make a real difference.
- Support and mentor junior team members (depending on your experience).
- Pitch in with support desk queries when needed.
- Keep learning and growing with opportunities for certifications and personal development.
- Bring your knowledge of the not-for-profit world to help us better serve our clients.
- 2+ years’ experience in a consulting role, ideally in tech or CRM.
- Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 or similar CRM platforms.
- Confident running workshops, documenting requirements, and engaging stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with excellent communication and writing skills.
- A team player who builds trust quickly and thrives in a collaborative environment.
- Degree educated or equivalent experience.
