We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Consultant to be part of our growing and successful team. As a Functional Consultant at Bluelight CRM you will perform customer delivery of the various modules of the Bluelight CRM product stack working closely with client teams and business stakeholders as well as Bluelight Product, Technical, Web and Delivery teams.
What You’ll Do...
- Consulting
- Communicate naturally and professionally with clients, providing insight and guidance.
- Meet and exceed client expectations of business knowledge, skills and behaviour.
- Understand client’s existing system including the limitations, difficulties and requirements.
- Communicate progress updates to relevant parties both formally and informally.
- Identify business/project risks and mitigate or communicate as necessary.
- Confident understanding of Dynamics and Bluelight products to deliver workshops, training and QA to clients for all aspects of the systems.
- Involvement in all phases of a project lifecycle.
- Assist in management and documentation of workshops, meetings and requirements sessions with the client representatives, project stakeholders and delivery teams.
- Illicit additional or new requirements during scoping sessions for documentation.
- Ability to analyse requirements for required technical development.
- Undertake standard Dynamics customisation and configuration within the Microsoft solution framework.
- Work with Senior Consultants to deliver all consultancy and configuration work according to the Bluelight project methodology, ensuring that all software applications are implemented successfully according to the project plan: on time and on budget.
- To carry out additional duties that may occur from time to time as instructed and agreed by the management team.
- Dependent on seniority, support and mentor other more junior members of the Delivery team.
- General knowledge of Bluelight clients in order to assist the Technical team with support desk tickets if needed.
- Willingness to improve personal development through continued learning or certifications relevant to Microsoft or other industry standards.

- Represent Bluelight in a professional and positive manner at all times.
- Work on own initiative and with minimal support if needed.
- Proficient understanding of out of the box functionality of Dynamics as well as what the Bluelight product offers in addition.
