Here at Blueleaf, we're looking for a commercially minded Supply Planner to ensure effective stock planning and smooth operations. You will be responsible for forecasting and maintaining optimal stock levels using the Netstock system, ensuring seamless business operations. You will manage the end‑to‑end order process, providing full visibility from planning through to delivery, while also monitoring inventory capacity across multiple locations to maximise efficiency and availability. This is a full time role, working 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday, typical working hours are from 8am to 4:30pm.

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring the company has the correct flow of stock without over capitalising on goods.
  • Forecasting and mitigating problems associated with supply chain.
  • Building relationships with suppliers to ensure product availability.
  • Processing Purchase Orders and updating management on the status of orders.
  • Tracking inventory across several locations, requesting stock transfers when needed.
  • Ensuring that all relevant supplier lead times and replenishment price information are accurately maintained on Netstock.
  • Generating reports on order inventory status.
  • Tracking orders from order point to receipt.
  • Liaising with buyers and procurement managers to source the correct products.
  • Suggesting inventory warehousing changes to accommodate increased or reduced demand.
  • Dealing with Invoice queries and Delivery discrepancies support in raising NCR’s.
  • Creating reports and maintaining management systems as requested.
  • Determining stock demands based on current and future business operations.
  • Performing any other duties that derive from their position.
  • Meeting company standards pertaining to quantity and quality of work performed on an ongoing basis, performing all work-related tasks in a manner that is in compliance with all Company policies and procedures.
  • Adhering to Company policies, procedures, and directives regarding standards of workplace behaviour in completing job duties and assignments.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • Commercial awareness, with a business attitude and business sense that is reflected in every decision and action.
  • Interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to make decisions, and to cope with pressure and adapt to changing situations.
  • Analytical, with maths and IT skills.
  • Able to work well in a team with a positive attitude.
