The predicted salary is between 20000 - 25000 € per year.
You will play a vital role in supporting individuals with a variety of hobbies and interests that they enjoy ranging from arts and crafts, cooking, swimming, shopping, watching sports and socialising with family and friends. You will also be helping them in looking not just at employment opportunities but also furthering their independent living.

What we look for:
- Previous experience of working with adults with a Learning Disability and/or Autism would be a distinct advantage.
- A Level 2 Qualification in Health and Social Care or similar would be beneficial.
- New to care? No problem! We provide a full and comprehensive induction and training package.
- A compassionate and caring nature and have a genuine desire to help others.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
