Salary: £13.08 per hour
Contract: 23-hour contract available

About the role: Digby Court Supported Living is based in Dorchester. This service allows adults who need some support to live within their own homes (fully fitted flats) without the need to move into a retirement home. Supported Living includes the benefit of support in any areas of their day-to-day lives that they require. We can support with anything from Personal Care to food preparation to household chores.
About you:
- Previous experience as a Care Assistant or in a similar role is preferred but not essential as training and ongoing support will be provided.
- A compassionate and caring nature with a genuine desire to help others.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Full driving license and access to own vehicle for work purposes is required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
