Burger Shop & Maneki Ramen are award-winning, high-volume restaurants known for our commitment to quality, exceptional service, and a welcoming atmosphere. We take pride in our craft, our team, and our guest experience. This is an exciting opportunity for front of house of all skill levels to join our expanding team. The FOH team is the face of our business, and needs to take pride in their role, ensuring that they go above and beyond in order to provide our customers with a lasting impression. Weekday, weekend, and evening availability is essential.

WHAT DOES A WAITER/WAITRESS DO?

  • Ensure every guest has a great customer experience by delivering consistently good service & delicious food & beverages.
  • Be able to manage reservations – emails, phones etc.
  • Take accurate food and drinks orders & using our POS ordering software.
  • Present menus and provide detailed information when asked (portions, ingredients or potential food allergies etc.).
  • Arrange table settings and maintain a tidy dining area.
  • Willing to learn different skills within the business such as using the coffee machine and basic bar tending - Full training provided.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

  • Work experience as a server or wait staff member.
  • Well presented.
  • Excellent communication skills.
