Position Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Area Manager to lead our sales and distribution strategy across the EMEA region. This hybrid role is ideal for a seasoned professional experienced in building and expanding distribution networks in international markets.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop, manage, and grow distribution networks across the EMEA region.
- Lead and support distributors to achieve sales and market penetration targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential partnerships to expand ScentAir’s footprint.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, product) to align on regional growth strategies.
- Conduct regular in-person meetings and field visits with distributors and key clients (up to 40% travel).
- Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions.
- Prepare and present business reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to senior leadership.
- Proven experience in sales leadership and distribution network development within the EMEA region.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written) is essential.
- Proficiency in at least one additional European language.
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment and manage a regional portfolio.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 40% of the time.
- Background in B2B sales, particularly in fragrance, marketing technology, or sensory branding industries.
