We are seeking a driven, creative and analytical individual to join us as a Marketing Manager. With an innovative approach to developing and delivering sales and marketing strategies across multiple revenue streams, you will play a key role in taking our brand to the next level.

You will be embedded at the heart of the business, working closely with the wider management team to deliver all sales and marketing activity, as well as developing and implementing our digital strategy. This is a hands-on position, leading a small marketing function comprising an in-house content creator and a network of external agencies. You will oversee activity, reporting, planning and performance across all channels. It is an excellent opportunity for a self-starter who is motivated to make a meaningful impact and join a company where you can grow, be yourself, and take real ownership of your role.

As this is a broad role, we expect you to bring a high level of specialist and technical expertise across multiple areas, alongside the ability to oversee delivery through your team and external partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver marketing strategies and brand awareness campaigns.
  • Support the budgeting process by accurately forecasting marketing and content investment to translate strategy into measurable results.
  • Ensure all guest communications are of the highest quality, utilising all channels to maximise exposure and generate new business.
  • Manage multiple campaigns across different revenue streams and channels, building strong internal and external relationships to influence outcomes and drive results.
  • Oversee the production of creative assets, including large-format print, with experience in Adobe Creative Suite preferred.
Sales
  • Translate business strategy into actionable sales plans.
  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to develop and implement integrated sales and marketing strategies across key revenue streams (including ticketing, holidays, retail, food and beverage, media and corporate).
  • Analyse and report on marketing, sales, media and content performance, and their impact on the business.
Digital
  • Develop and deliver the digital strategy, focusing on continuous improvement of the user experience and maximising sales through digital commerce channels.
  • Work closely with internal teams and external partners to optimise performance across key revenue streams, particularly ticketing and holidays.
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience in a high-volume B2C marketing role.
  • Experience delivering sales and marketing strategies within the hospitality, attractions or leisure sectors.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective relationships.
  • Experience in setting objectives and making strategic decisions based on data, market trends and insight.
  • Strong commercial awareness.
  • A proactive, self-starting approach with a strong commercial and sales mindset.
  • Excellent sales skills and understanding of sales processes, including upselling.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Recent experience managing and developing marketing team members, including performance management and development planning.

We are looking for someone who is keen to join a fast-growing business and make a significant impact within a small, friendly team. Please submit your CV along with a cover letter outlining how this role aligns with your career ambitions, as well as your salary expectations.
