Experienced Wall & Floor Tiler – Self-Employed Location: Tadworth, Surrey Position: Permanent Self-Employed Pay: Negotiable, depending on experience We are an established wall and floor tiling company specialising in high-quality tiling across both domestic and commercial projects. We are looking for an experienced, fully competent Wall & Floor Tiler to join our team on a permanent self-employed basis. The successful candidate will be highly experienced across a wide range of tiling methods, applications and materials, including porcelain, ceramic, natural stone and other specialist finishes. The role You will work on a variety of projects, including: Kitchens and splashbacks, Bathrooms and wet rooms, Wall and floor tiling, Large-format porcelain, Natural stone, Ceramic tiles, Commercial and domestic flooring, Underfloor heating installations, Ditra and other uncoupling systems, Tanking and waterproofing systems, Substrate preparation and associated tiling preparation, Specialist and detailed tiling applications The ideal candidate We are looking for someone who is: * Fully qualified/competent and highly experienced in wall and floor tiling * Confident working with a wide range of tile types, materials and applications * Experienced with Ditra, tanking/waterproofing systems and underfloor heating * Able to work independently and take responsibility for completing work to a high standard * Reliable, punctual and professional * Personable and comfortable working in customers' homes and commercial environments * Thorough and detail-oriented * Clean, tidy and respectful of customers' properties * Proud of their workmanship and committed to delivering a consistently high-quality finish * Able to manage jobs efficiently and work to agreed schedules Location & travel Our head office is based in Tadworth, Surrey. Ideally, you will be local to the area, although we are happy to consider candidates who are willing to travel. You should be comfortable commuting for up to 1 hour 30 minutes when required, depending on the project.
