Key Responsibilities:
- Sell high-quality products to the architectural and construction sectors.
- Focus on generating and managing specifications with architects, design studios, developers, contractors, and installers.
- Split role: 80% new business development, 20% account management.
- Oversee projects of varying sizes, from design phase to on-site installation.
- Conduct CPD seminars as needed and maintain a strong project pipeline.
- Use CRM systems for reporting and analysis.
