Bluegate are looking for a hands-on Lead Equipment Engineer to drive performance in a wafer fabrication facility and keep our critical tools running at peak efficiency.
The Role
- Lead and motivate Engineers, Technicians, and TPMs
- Maximise equipment availability and productivity
- Own maintenance, fault-finding, and improvement activities
- Work closely with Production, Process, and Vendors
What You’ll Bring
- HNC+ in Electronic, Mechanical, or Mechatronic Engineering (or equivalent experience)
- Strong electronic engineering knowledge
- Wafer fab equipment and process experience
- Proven leadership and organisational skills
