Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct TCAD simulations to design and optimise process flows for Diodes, ensuring they meet target specifications.
- Define process and layout split plans, collaborating with process integration engineers to execute the DOE plan.
- Interface with foundries to implement process flow designs that align with product requirements.
- Develop photomask layouts of device structures, generate GDS files, and manage tape-outs.
- Collaborate with product engineering and marketing teams to ensure products are ready for production.
