Bluegate are looking for a skilled Semiconductor Design Engineer based in Oldham who is looking to elevate their career. This role offers the chance to work on cutting-edge technology in a dynamic and innovative environment for a global leading company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct TCAD simulations to design and optimise process flows for TVS and ESD/Surge protection structures, ensuring they meet target electrical specifications.
  • Define process and layout split plans, collaborating with process integration engineers to execute the DOE plan.
  • Interface with foundries to implement process flow designs that align with product requirements.
  • Develop photomask layouts of device structures, generate GDS files, and manage tape-outs.
  • Collaborate with product engineering and marketing teams to ensure products are ready for production.
