We have a requirement for an experienced Process Engineer with hands on epitaxy knowledge, to assist with continued growth within their design and manufacturing facility based in Greenock, Scotland. You will come from a semiconductor background and have hands on knowledge and experience of Epitaxy processes within a manufacturing environment. Ideally with working knowledge of ASM Epsilon 2000’s, or AMAT Centura / Endura equipment for silicon epi.
