Process Engineer – Epitaxy – Greenock – Scotland – Β£45,000 – Β£60,000 – DoE

Bluegate are proud to partner with a global giant in the field of design and manufacture of electronic components.

We have urgent requirements for an experienced Process Engineer to assist with continued growth within their design and manufacturing facility based in Greenock, Scotland.

You will come from a semiconductor background and have hands on knowledge and experience of Implant process within a manufacturing environment. Ideally with working knowledge of ASM Epsilon 2000\’s, or AMAT Centura / Endura equipment for silicon epi.

Key Skills / responsibilities / Background – Process Engineer – Greenock

  • Experience within the semiconductor technology industry

  • Expert on Epitaxy process.

  • Ideally with experience of working in both R&D and Production environments

  • Ongoing control of Static Process Control (SPC)

  • Specific knowledge or experience of ASM Epsilon 2000\’s or AMAT Centura / Endura equipment would be ideal
