Are you an experienced Process Integration Engineer ready to help bring next-generation silicon carbide (SiC) technologies from concept to high-volume manufacture? We’re seeking a Senior Manufacturing Process Engineer to join our clients site in Greenock. You’ll play a central role in evaluating and developing SiC technology, shaping device and process integration strategies, and ensuring successful new-product introduction into manufacturing.

In this role, you will:

  • Develop and evaluate new SiC technologies, device designs, and integrated process flows
  • Define electrical specifications, measurement approaches, and data analysis methods
  • Lead project execution and coordinate closely with engineering, manufacturing, and support teams
  • Drive tape-out activity and transition new products into manufacturing
  • Improve yield, simplify process flows, and support robust mass-production scheduling

We’re keen to hear from engineers with hands on semiconductor manufacturing, process integration, device engineering, or optoelectronics experience. You’ll bring technical curiosity, a structured approach to problem-solving, and the confidence to work across functions on complex development programmes.
