Design Engineer – Semiconductors – £37,000 – £60,000 DoE
Bluegate have an exciting opportunity for a Semiconductor Design Engineer for our Oldham based client.
You will be highly qualified in the Field of Physics and / or electronics and be knowledgeable of Device Physics, Power semiconductor structures and Design.
If you have a degree or higher in these areas and hands on experience of semiconductor design then this could be for you.
Necessary skills / background –
– Must have a minimum of a degree in Physics or Electronics
– Must have knowledge of Devices Physics and Semiconductor Processes.
– Will have excellent communication skills and able to analyse complex data
Responsibilities –
– Design and development of new products and technologies
– Product definition, application, circuit, device and process simulation
– Layout, design of experiments, measurements and analysis of trial results
– Development of process platforms, establishment and re-use of design rules and functional blocks to reduce TTM and maximize RFT design
