Bluegate are looking for a strategic and people-focused HR Business Partner to join one of our global clients and help shape the future of our workforce across Europe. You will partner closely with managers and leaders to deliver impactful people strategies across the full employee lifecycle, driving performance, engagement, and organisational success.
What you'll be doing:
- Partner with leaders to design and deliver effective people plans aligned to business priorities
- Act as a trusted advisor on talent, leadership development, performance, and organisational design
- Use people data to identify trends and create meaningful, performance-driving solutions
- Support complex employee relations cases, ensuring legal compliance and best practice
- Lead on talent reviews, succession planning, and performance management cycles
- Drive engagement, wellbeing, and DEI initiatives across the business
- Contribute to HR policy development and continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate on cross-site and global HR projects
What we're looking for:
- CIPD Level 5 (or above)
- Proven experience in an HR Business Partner role
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and complex ER casework
- Ability to influence and build strong relationships at all levels, including senior stakeholders
- Experience supporting organisational change and multiple HR workstreams
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Manufacturing and/or unionised environment experience (desirable)
- Experience working with European teams (Germany/Slovakia) (desirable)
