The predicted salary is between 22000 - 28000 £ per year.

Reporting to the Sub - Assembly Team Leader, the Assembly Operator will be responsible for the build, test, and inspection of sub-assemblies at the manufacturing plant in Wallingford.

Main Duties:

  • Assist in the manufacture of sub-assemblies as directed by the Cell Leader / Logistics Manager.
  • Adopt good workmanship and Quality standards.
  • Carry out assembly duties in a timely and orderly manner per production schedules.
  • Assist in other areas of the manufacturing process as and when required.
  • Maintain the workstation, tools, and any equipment in a clean and tidy state.
  • Ensure strict adherence to the company’s Health and Safety policy and operate in accordance with all other company policies and procedures.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • General appreciation and understanding of conventional workshop power and hand tools.
  • The ability to read drawings, follow work instructions, and procedures would be advantageous.

Please note that due to the company location, the successful candidate must have access to a car.
