Bluefuse is an established digital agency with over 20 years of experience designing and building high quality digital products for ambitious organisations. We are entering an exciting new phase with the relaunch of our brand and are looking for an experienced marketing professional to help us shape and execute our marketing strategy over the next 12 to 18 months. This is a senior, hands-on role with real ownership. You will work closely with our Managing Director and leadership team to define our marketing strategy, strengthen our brand presence, and create consistent, high quality marketing activity that helps us attract and convert new clients.
The role involves creating and delivering a practical marketing strategy that supports Bluefuse’s wider business goals, including reducing reliance on a small number of larger clients by increasing inbound interest and brand awareness. This role combines strategic thinking with delivery. You will define what good looks like and then help make it happen.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and own a clear marketing and brand strategy aligned to business objectives
- Lead the execution of marketing activity
- Refine and articulate Bluefuse’s positioning, messaging, and value proposition
- Plan and deliver content across relevant channels including website, LinkedIn, email, and thought leadership
- Work closely with the leadership team to identify target sectors, audiences, and opportunities
- Support lead generation activity and help create a sustainable pipeline of new business opportunities
- Oversee and improve our use of CRM, email marketing, and marketing automation tools
- Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints
- Measure performance, report on progress, and adjust strategy where needed
- Occasionally work with external freelancers or partners where specialist support is required
What we are looking for:
- Significant experience in a senior marketing role, ideally within the tech sector or a digital agency environment
- A strong understanding of B2B marketing and professional services businesses
- Proven experience creating and executing marketing strategies rather than just supporting them
- Confidence working autonomously and making informed decisions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A pragmatic, organised approach with the ability to balance strategy and delivery
- Comfortable working closely with senior stakeholders

- Experience marketing digital agencies, software products, or technical services
