Job Summary
You will support the marketing team in delivering digital and offline campaigns, with a focus on social media and content creation. This is a hands-on role for someone organised, creative, and keen to develop their marketing skills. You will assist with social media campaigns, content and copy creation, market and competitor research, events, website updates, and general campaign coordination, working closely with internal teams to ensure activity stays on track and aligned with brand standards. German language skills are desirable to support our German marketing campaigns but not essential.

What you'll be doing:

• Social Media Campaigns: Assist with developing and delivering marketing campaigns across our social channels, including maintaining relationships with our influencers and Ambassadors.
• Content Creation: Create engaging content for marketing materials as well as creating written copy for any upcoming campaigns.
• Market Research: Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Events: Assisting the marketing team in any events we may attend throughout the year.
• Campaign Management: Proactively working with different teams to ensure our key marketing activities are on track, aligning key dates and updating our website when required.
• Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the marketing team, helping to ensure all work aligns to the brand's standards.

Person Specification:

• Experience: Previous experience in a similar marketing role is advantageous but not essential. A solid understanding of core marketing principles is preferred.
• Language: German speaking if preferred but not required; knowledge of the German market is also advantageous.
• Forward Thinking: Results-driven with strong commercial awareness.
• Marketing Knowledge: Understanding of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing.
• Pride in Your Work: You value quality, accountability, and delivering results.
• Eagerness to Learn: A genuine interest in marketing and a desire to grow within the field.
• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in presenting ideas.

• Design Understanding: A creative eye with a basic understanding of design principles.
