Job Summary
We are seeking a Business Analyst to support the performance monitoring of our Demand-side activity. In this role, you will analyse revenue and sales commissions, support forecasting and budgeting processes and partner closely with revenue teams to deliver accurate, actionable insights that support decision‐making. You will work in a dynamic, cross‐functional environment, contributing to high‐quality reporting, in‐depth analyses and continuous improvement of analytical processes. This position is well‐suited for a detail‐oriented and autonomous analyst with a strong sense of ownership.
Job Description
- Revenue Monitoring & Analysis
- Own the analysis of Demand performance, monitoring revenue trends and pacing.
- Analyse performance drivers to identify trends, opportunities and areas for optimization.
- Deliver recurring reports and ad hoc analyses to support operational and strategic decisions.
- Forecasting & Budgeting
- Develop, maintain and refine forecast and budget models for Demand activities.
- Partner with relevant stakeholders to validate assumptions and ensure projections reflect business realities.
- Support annual budgeting cycles through structured analysis and stakeholder collaboration.
- Commissions Monitoring
- Monitor sales commissions related to Demand activities.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency and transparency of commission calculations and reporting.
- Investigate discrepancies and work with Finance and revenue teams to resolve issues.
- Dashboard Development & Maintenance
- Build, maintain and optimize dashboards to track key KPIs.
- Ensure data accuracy, standardization and alignment with evolving reporting needs.
- Provide clear and reliable visibility to stakeholders through well‐structured reporting tools.
- Process Optimization
- Review and improve analytical and reporting processes within scope.
- Identify inefficiencies and propose solutions to streamline workflows, data pipelines and documentation.
- Contribute to process documentation and knowledge sharing.
- Cross‐Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with BI, Finance and revenue teams to ensure alignment and data consistency.
- Act as a key analytical partner by translating business questions into structured insights and recommendations.
Qualifications
- Experience as a Business Analyst or Data Analyst, preferably in a revenue-focused environment.
- Knowledge of the Media and Advertising landscape.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
- Proficiency with Looker or equivalent BI tools and strong Excel skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross‐functional and global teams.
- Clear communication skills and a detail‐oriented mindset.
- Proactive, flexible and reliable, with a strong sense of ownership.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Education
