Job Summary

As a Director, Global Agencies you will develop and execute the medium-long term sales and engagement strategy aimed to grow Comcast Advertising International’s share of wallet with Agency Holding Companies. You will be reporting into the Sr Director, Global Account & Agencies.

Core Responsibilities

  1. Identifies new growth opportunities across the assigned targets.
  2. Actively cooperate with regional Sales teams to surface value and drive new business.
  3. Work with other business units within Comcast to leverage synergies and common expansion strategy and revenue goals.
  4. Implement and execute the growth strategy for the 6 Agencies Holding Companies.
  5. Develop a clear execution plan; monitor, review and measure effectiveness of sales strategies and global initiatives.
  6. Foster continuous dialog with Agencies’ Directors around the value of Comcast Advertising International media solutions.
  7. Shape the roadmap of demand features requested by Agencies and lead discussion with FW Product team.
  8. Be accountable for forecasting and reporting of revenue targets for the assigned portfolio of Agencies.
  9. Execute on quantitative and qualitative objectives set by the Global Account & Agencies Director which will guide the go to market approach.
  10. Support innovation around our P2P model and provide guidance to the rest of organization on how to execute improvements.
  11. Able to work with other business to leverage synergies and common expansion strategy and revenue goals (Account Management, Marketing, Publisher Supply, Product, Finance).

Technical Skills & Aptitude

  1. Min 8 years of sales and leadership experience in Digital Advertising working with global Agencies and/or global Advertisers. A background selling video or TV media solutions (Broadcaster, publisher, SSP, Ad-network) will be an advantage.
  2. Strong track record in sales achievements against team targets and KPIs selling to agencies and familiar with the full spectrum of the Online Video ecosystem.
  3. Cultivates, and manages high-level Agency relationships (Director-level) to build influence and trusted advisor status.
  4. Experience in building, delivering and selling business cases to senior level audience.
  5. Be consultative, deliver clear messaging to Comcast Advertising International’s prospects and customers around strategy, vision, and how Comcast Advertising International media solutions can bring value to the customer.
  6. Collaborative and strong ‘can do’ attitude, organization and planning skills, critical thinking and persuasiveness.
  7. Additional European languages and experience in international media sales would be a plus.
