Position: ServiceNow Platform Architect

Location: UK Remote
Contract Duration: 6 months, extendable

Role Overview
We are looking for 2 experienced ServiceNow Platform Architects for an immediate UK-based contract engagement with our client, supporting an end-client project.
This is a replacement requirement, so candidates who can join quickly will be strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and define the overall ServiceNow platform architecture for complex enterprise environments.
- Design scalable, secure and maintainable solutions aligned with ServiceNow best practices.
- Provide architectural guidance across ServiceNow implementations, integrations and platform enhancements.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, Business Analysts, developers and technical teams to translate requirements into effective platform solutions.
- Define integration architecture between ServiceNow and enterprise applications using APIs and other integration methods.
- Ensure platform governance, performance, security, scalability and technical standards.
- Review solution designs and provide technical leadership throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Identify architectural risks, dependencies and opportunities for platform optimisation.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong experience as a ServiceNow Platform Architect / Technical Architect within enterprise environments.
- Deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform architecture and ecosystem.
- Strong experience across ServiceNow implementation, configuration, integration and platform design.
- Knowledge of multiple ServiceNow modules/workflows such as ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD or related platform capabilities.
- Strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, integrations, data architecture and security. xgikmsk
