Job Description ServiceNow Platform Architect - Contract | UK Remote\n Position: ServiceNow Platform Architect Number of Positions: 2 Location: UK - Remote Contract Duration: 6 months, extendable UK Citizenship: Mandatory Requirement Type: Replacement / Immediate Requirement Role Overview\n We are looking for 2 experienced ServiceNow Platform Architects for an immediate UK-based contract engagement with our client , supporting an end-client project. \Key Responsibilities\n \n Own and define the overall ServiceNow platform architecture for complex enterprise environments. \n Design scalable, secure and maintainable solutions aligned with ServiceNow best practices. \n Provide architectural guidance across ServiceNow implementations, integrations and platform enhancements. \n Define integration architecture between ServiceNow and enterprise applications using APIs and other integration methods. \n Ensure platform governance, performance, security, scalability and technical standards. \n Identify architectural risks, dependencies and opportunities for platform optimisation. \n Required Skills & Experience\n \n Strong experience as a ServiceNow Platform Architect / Technical Architect within enterprise environments. \n Deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform architecture and ecosystem . \n Strong experience across ServiceNow implementation, configuration, integration and platform design. \n Knowledge of multiple ServiceNow modules/workflows such as ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD or related platform capabilities . \n Strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, integrations, data architecture and security . \n Experience establishing ServiceNow governance, architectural standards and best practices . \n ServiceNow architecture/technical certifications would be highly desirable. \n This is an urgent replacement requirement .
