The Perse School Outdoor Education department is looking to appoint a Trainee Outdoor Education Instructor. The role offers an exciting opportunity for anyone considering a career in Outdoor Instruction, and is aimed at those interested in all areas of outdoor education, with a passion for expeditionary work.
Responsibilities
- Full involvement across the breadth of Outdoor Education provision at The Perse, including the Perse Exploration Society, extra-curricular clubs’ provision and commercial climbing provision, gaining valuable wide-ranging experience.
- Develop skills in a supportive and collegiate environment and take part in all aspects of the department’s work.
- Work is divided between training, activity instruction, administrative tasks and commercial delivery, including school holiday delivery, trips and weekend session instruction, alongside term-time programme delivery.
