Salary and Benefits
- Day rate: from £155 per day.
- Campsite fees: covered by BXM (wild camping allowance of £8 per night).
- Fuel contribution: £0.25 per mile (up to £25) for single-day events (e.g. training days).

If you would like, we can offer work for every weekend from March till July (excluding Easter) with mid-week work also available.
Requirements & Support
- Valid DBS and First Aid Certificate preferred (support available if needed).
- All walking qualifications and experience considered.
- Opportunities available to work towards a walking qualification for the right candidate.
Training
If you’re new to the industry or looking to get into the world of expeditions, we can help you gain your Lowland Leader or Mountain Leader qualification – with funding available.
Qualifications
HML, Lowland Leaders or ML preferred; all experience considered.
