Salary & Benefits: The salary for this role is £37,280 to £41,771 per annum. You will be based at Kilve Court Residential Centre on the edge of the Quantocks National Landscape. You will work 37 hours a week but you might be required to work more in busier periods and less during our quieter spells. The position will involve working some evenings and weekends. You are entitled to 30 days annual leave. This is a permanent position.
What will I be doing? We are working to improve the lives of the young people of Somerset and beyond. As well as this, you will be working with corporate groups, visiting universities and colleges within Somerset Council – and you will be a key part of that. Your day-to-day work will involve:
- The planning and delivery of high-quality outdoor educational courses to our schools residential clients.
- Ensuring that all health and safety measures are met for both activities, and the wider premises and grounds.
- Providing inspirational leadership to the teams of activity, maintenance and hospitality staff.
