The Role
You’ll work in a variety of outdoor environments with a wide range of groups. You’ll work both independently and as part of a team to facilitate activity sessions. Each day, you could be training new instructors, working with schools, corporate, families, private groups, or individuals. Your attitude and personality are paramount to us: we’re looking for someone who has a positive outlook, professionalism, promptness and who works well under pressure. You’ll possess strong communication skills, excellent presentation skills and enjoy a varied and challenging programme.
About You
We are looking to employ someone with a range of experience, qualifications and skills: If you are an experienced instructor/facilitator with higher-level qualifications, this may be the perfect role for you, leading our advanced sessions, training other staff members or coaching on our Outdoor Instructor Training Courses. To run our activity sessions we insist on people holding the qualification for the activity (if one exists). Where qualifications don’t exist, staff will be in-house trained and signed off as competent.
