The details:
- Live-in position at one of JCA's Centres, Condover Hall in Shropshire or Croft Farm in the Cotswolds (or live off-site if you live locally).
- Full-time, seasonal position from 16th April to 20th July 2025.
- This role is paid at up to £12.32 per hour.
- You must be 18 or over by 16th April 2025.
- Attendance at an online recruitment event is required as part of the selection process.
Your key duties will include:
- Leading activities such as fencing, archery, and laser quest.
- Helping guests overcome their fears on the abseiling tower and aerial trek while ensuring their safety.
- Creating a happy and engaging environment for our guests during their activities.
- Supporting other departments during busy periods.
What are we looking for in a candidate?
- Enthusiasm and a passion for the outdoors and outdoor activities.
- Comfortable being trained on all outdoor activities, including those involving water and heights.
- Previous experience working with children in a similar role is desirable.
- Ability to handle physically demanding tasks and be active outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Strong leadership skills and confidence in speaking in front of groups.
