Salary and Benefits:

The details:

  • Live-in position at one of JCA's Centres, Condover Hall in Shropshire or Croft Farm in the Cotswolds (or live off-site if you live locally).
  • Full-time, seasonal position from 16th April to 20th July 2025.
  • This role is paid at up to £12.32 per hour.
  • You must be 18 or over by 16th April 2025.
  • Attendance at an online recruitment event is required as part of the selection process.

Your key duties will include:

  • Leading activities such as fencing, archery, and laser quest.
  • Helping guests overcome their fears on the abseiling tower and aerial trek while ensuring their safety.
  • Creating a happy and engaging environment for our guests during their activities.
  • Supporting other departments during busy periods.

What are we looking for in a candidate?

  • Enthusiasm and a passion for the outdoors and outdoor activities.
  • Comfortable being trained on all outdoor activities, including those involving water and heights.
  • Previous experience working with children in a similar role is desirable.
  • Ability to handle physically demanding tasks and be active outdoors in all weather conditions.
  • Strong leadership skills and confidence in speaking in front of groups.
