The predicted salary is between 15000 - 20000 £ per year.

JCA’s flagship activity centre, Condover Hall, Shrewsbury. This residential apprenticeship starts January 2, 2026 and is based at Condover Hall in Shropshire, one of our UK Children’s Activity Centres. The programme provides practical instructor training and industry-recognised qualifications.

About JCA references and IDs required. On-site recruitment events as part of screening. Must be 18 or over by start date.

What we are looking for:

  • No prior experience required; we provide full training.
  • Candidates should have enthusiasm for the outdoors, a passion for working with children, and be comfortable being trained across all activities, including some involving heights and dancing.

Recruitment process: After applying, you’ll be contacted by a recruitment team member for a chat, then invited to a recruitment event at Condover Hall. Accommodation and meals are covered during the event.
