Set in 120 acres with fantastic access to the Scottish Highlands; Auchengillan is a great choice for the next step in your outdoor journey. Our team has a can-do, positive attitude. We need people who are reliable, adaptable with a sense of fun and passion for the outdoors to join us for 2026. Full-time and part-time fixed-term contracts available from January to November with the possibility to extend.
You will have 1 or 2 seasons of experience working in a busy centre environment with a range of groups. We are looking for someone with excellent communication and group management skills who embraces all aspects of Centre work. Similar youth work experience will be considered.
Interviews: In-person interviews preferred. A Teams call can be arranged if unable to attend.
Qualifications (Essential, choose 2 from the list):
- Paddlesport Instructor or above
- CWI or above
- UKCC Level 1 MTB or above
- Archery Instructor
- NSRA Tutor
- 16hr Outdoor First Aid
- Full UK driving licence desirable
