Overview

Set in 120 acres with fantastic access to the Scottish Highlands; Auchengillan is a great choice for the next step in your outdoor journey. Our team has a can‑do, positive attitude. We need people who are reliable, adaptable with a sense of fun and passion for the outdoors to join us for 2026.

Full‑time and part‑time fixed‑term contracts available from January to November with the possibility to extend.

You will have 1 or 2 seasons of experience working in a busy centre environment with a range of groups.

We are looking for someone with excellent communication and group management skills who embraces all aspects of Centre work. Similar youth work experience will be considered.

Interviews: In‑person interviews preferred. A Teams call can be arranged if unable to attend.

Qualifications (Essential, choose 2 from the list)

• Paddlesport Instructor or above
• CWI or above
• UKCC Level 1 MTB or above
• Archery Instructor
• NSRA Tutor
• 16hr Outdoor First Aid
• Full UK driving licence desirable
