Responsibilities
- Develop, audit, and maintain Python scripts for automation of deployment, configuration, monitoring and various tasks.
- Assist in documentation and help in understanding the functions of the currently deployed Python scripts.
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth application delivery.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a developer role with a strong emphasis on Python development.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python scripting and automation. Experience with CI/CD tools such as Bamboo, Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub, etc. is a plus. Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes is a plus. Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, DigitalOcean). Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform or CloudFormation is a plus. Strong understanding of networking, security, and system administration is a plus.
