This role leads Accounting across our international region and operates in a matrix structure, partnering closely with senior stakeholders to ensure financial accuracy, compliance and performance. You will be a trusted adviser to regional leadership, strengthening governance and controls while driving insight-led decision-making. Key responsibilities

  • Lead monthly, quarterly and annual close; safeguard general ledger integrity and balance sheet accuracy.
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP/IFRS and corporate policies; oversee statutory reporting, tax filings and audits.
  • Own annual budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning; deliver variance analysis, KPI reporting and performance insights.
  • Provide ad-hoc modelling and analysis to support growth initiatives, profitability improvement and cost optimisation.
  • Strengthen governance, internal controls, audit readiness and regulatory adherence across local country requirements.
  • Lead, coach and develop regional finance teams; operate effectively in a global, matrix organisation.
  • Drive working capital, cash flow and capex/ROI discipline; improve processes and systems in partnership with shared services.

What we’re looking for

  • Degree in Finance or Accounting; CPA/ACA/ACCA preferred.
  • Demonstrated finance leadership experience with strong Accounting and FP&A expertise.
  • Multinational and multi-country experience; confident partnering with senior leaders in a matrix structure.
  • Fluent French and English (essential).
  • Systems experience with D365, Workday Adaptive and/or Power BI is a plus.
