As our Revenue Growth Project Manager, you'll sit right at the centre of Bluecrest's growth activity: leading the feasibility work on new tests and products, weighing up potential partnerships, and making sure every new partner gets a smooth start.

Working closely with the Results Product Owner, you'll take projects from first concept through to delivery, helping drive commercial growth while keeping governance and compliance front of mind.

You'll build strong relationships across the business and with external partners, so the right opportunities get spotted, prioritised and delivered.

  • What Your Day-to-day Will Look Like
  • New Test & Product Feasibility Assessment
  • Lead the administration of the feasibility checklist process for candidate new tests and products, from initial idea through to a completed, evidenced assessment.
  • Gather the information required to complete each feasibility assessment, working with Marketing on demand, search and customer insights, and with Clinical teams on clinical value and relevance.
  • Maintain feasibility assessment records (e. g. Confluence feasibility templates) for every candidate opportunity, ensuring they remain up to date as evidence is gathered.
  • Prepare completed feasibility assessments for scoring and sign-off and support the New Product Development Lead in transferring agreed scores into the prioritisation matrix.
  • Escalate development capacity and technical feasibility questions to the New Product Development Lead.
  • New Partner Process, Onboarding & Relationship Management
  • Own the new partner process end-to-end for onward pathway, reward and new supply partner opportunities, from initial scoping and feasibility assessment through commercial discussions to operational go-live.
  • Apply the same feasibility assessment methodology used for new tests to partner opportunities, ensuring decisions are evidence-based and consistent.
  • Lead partner onboarding activities, working with Finance and Legal teams as required.
  • Act as the day-to-day relationship owner for live partners once onboarded.
  • Maintain a live partner pipeline and relationship log, tracking status, actions, commercial terms and key updates for each relationship.
  • Project & Delivery Administration
  • Own end-to-end delivery administration of prioritised revenue-generating projects handed over by the New Product Development Lead, including new pathology products, onward pathways, reward partners and supply partner initiatives.
  • Build and maintain project plans, timelines and RAID logs (Risks, Actions, Issues and Decisions) for active initiatives.
  • Provide regular and structured project and feasibility status reports to the New Product Development Lead, highlighting risks, blockers and decisions required.
  • Track delivery against agreed prioritisation and revenue-driver sequencing, escalating capacity, timeline or resource conflicts as necessary.
  • Development Team Interface
  • Work alongside the New Product Development Lead and development team, translating agreed business requirements into clear and well-structured Jira tickets.
  • Coordinate scoping and feasibility discussions with development teams, laboratory partners (e. g. Eurofins) and operational stakeholders ahead of project commitment.
  • Manage the development backlog for new product and revenue-driving initiatives in line with direction from the New Product Development Lead.
  • Monitor delivery milestones and proactively identify blockers, dependencies and timeline risks.
  • Reporting & Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Provide the New Product Development Lead with clear and consistent visibility of feasibility assessments, project delivery and partner status across all revenue-driving workstreams.
  • Coordinate with Clinical, Marketing, Development, Operations and Finance teams to support progress of feasibility assessments and project delivery.
  • Maintain project, feasibility and partner documentation in accordance with ISO requirements.
  • Support the preparation of pipeline and delivery updates for leadership reporting.

  • Partnership & relationship management: experience building and managing external partner relationships from initial scoping and feasibility through to onboarding and live, operational delivery.
  • Development team collaboration: comfortable working with, and translating business requirements for, development teams; familiar with Jira or an equivalent backlog tool.
  • Stakeholder management: manages expectations across functions and seniority levels; gains buy-in and keeps delivery on track without direct line authority.
  • Organisation & prioritisation: keeps multiple workstreams - new test assessments, partner onboarding and live delivery - moving in parallel; knows what to upscale to the NPD Lead and when.
  • Commercial awareness: understands cost, margin and pricing considerations well enough to support feasibility, partner and business case discussions.
  • Communication & influencing: reports clearly and concisely to the NPD Lead and presents confidently to cross-functional stakeholders, including clinical and marketing colleagues.
  • Process & documentation: comfortable maintaining feasibility, project and partner documentation to a standard consistent with ISO compliance.
