We’re looking for a Content Marketing Manager to drive our brand's voice and visibility across B2C and B2B audiences, owning the full content lifecycle from direction to high-quality, on-brand output. You will lead our approach to organic growth across SEO, GEO, Digital PR and organic social, guiding our agencies and a team of two Content Executives to deliver high-quality work that supports brand and commercial goals. Working closely with Growth Marketing Managers, you’ll bring campaigns to life through impactful content, emails, newsletters, video and thought leadership.

Responsibilities
  • Set content strategy and calendar across channels; collaborate with Growth Marketing Managers to write and optimise content for high-performing campaigns and timely publishing.
  • Repurpose and align content for B2B and B2C audiences, maintaining brand consistency and effectiveness while maximizing efficiency.
  • Act as brand guardian: ensure tone of voice, messaging and visuals reflect brand guidelines across all touchpoints.
  • Content quality assurance: review and approve all content before distribution to ensure accuracy and alignment with brand objectives.
  • Lead and develop two direct reports: Consumer Content Marketing Executive and Corporate Content Marketing Executive.
  • Drive SEO, GEO & Digital PR: own strategy for traditional and AI-driven search; manage agencies to deliver measurable results aligned with brand goals.
  • Develop and execute an organic social media strategy that complements SEO, GEO and Digital PR.
  • Monitor and report on content performance across SEO, GEO, Digital PR, social media, email and website content; provide actionable insights for improvement.
  • Manage marketing budgets for SEO, GEO, Digital PR and content initiatives; monitor spend against KPIs and approve agency invoices.
  • Write, review and optimise weekly retention/acquisition emails and plan monthly B2B and B2C newsletters.
  • Oversee video content planning, scripting and production to support campaigns.
  • Coordinate thought leadership content such as whitepapers; position the brand as an industry leader.
  • Build relationships with brand ambassadors and partners to amplify reach.
  • Manage awards and associated event participation, including research, timelines and submissions.
  • Plan and execute Bluecrest-hosted events (roundtables, PR events, corporate hospitality) with compelling communications.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Stakeholder management: work with customers, colleagues, suppliers, agencies and partner organisations.
What We Would Like To See From You
  • Proven experience in SEO strategy, Digital PR, and AI search optimisation (GEO).
  • Strong understanding of Generative Engine Optimisation and emerging search trends.
  • Excellent content creation and copywriting skills with SEO best practices.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Social media strategy experience.
  • Experience in line management and team development.
  • Ability to manage agencies, budgets and multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in SEO tools (e.g., Google Search Console) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with a collaborative mindset.
