Responsibilities

  • 30 hours per week – part-time; 3 x 10-hour shifts per week on a rota basis (any 3 days between Monday and Sunday).
  • Shifts between 6am and 10pm; rota released 3 weeks in advance (rolling).
  • Travel to allocated venues, set up kit, greet customers, and deliver health assessments.
  • Perform health assessments based on client packages (e.g., PAD, ECG, Phlebotomy post-qualification, Lung Function, Body Composition, and short fitness tests) and advise on appropriate next steps when suitable.
  • Maintain and update administration records related to assessments.

What we can offer you in return

  • Base salary of £20,837.25 per year (OTE up to £38,000pa with commission, expenses and overtime on top) plus standard company benefits.

Requirements

  • Full UK Driving Licence and access to own vehicle to transport kit to venues; ability to store kit at home.
  • Willingness to work any days Monday to Sunday and any times 6am–10pm on a rota basis (shifts approx. 6am–4pm, 8am–6pm, or 1pm–10pm).
  • Proficiency with computers/laptops/phones/tablets; clear DBS (to be processed on your behalf).
  • Willingness to travel up to 2 hours from home location and occasional overnight stays; reside within the regional location.
  • Attend Milton Keynes head office for the first 2 weeks of training (Monday–Friday, stay required).
  • Willingness to learn and take on new skills; satisfactory enhanced criminal records check (covered by us).
