Position

Mobile Health Assessment Practitioner

Field Based – Eltham, Chislehurst, Bromley, Crockenhill, Bexley, Welling, Orpington areas.

Salary: £27,783 per year plus Commission, Overtime, Expenses and Benefits

Location notes: We would be looking to recruit people from various areas in and around; Eltham, Chislehurst, Bromley, Crockenhill, Bexley, Welling, Orpington areas.

Responsibilities, hours and day-to-day

  • You will work 4 x 10-hour shifts per week (40 hours total). Shifts can be between 6am and 10pm, Monday to Sunday, allocated by our resource planner 3 weeks in advance.
  • You may need to drive up to 2 hours to reach your venue, with occasional public transport depending on venue type.
  • Work across multiple clinic venues within your region, maintaining high standards of quality and professionalism.
  • Plan your route, travel to your allocated venue, unpack and set up your kit, and greet customers for the day (typically 15–22 customers daily; appointments range from 10–45 minutes depending on packages chosen).
  • Perform various health assessments based on chosen packages (e.g., PAD, ECG, Phlebotomy (once qualified), Lung Function, Body Composition, short fitness tests) and advise on further testing where appropriate. Maintain all relevant administration records.
  • Note: you will not relay results or lifestyle advice to customers after assessments are complete.

Requirements

What we’d like to see from you

  • A Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own car to transport your kit to venues; ability to store kit items at home when not working.
  • Ability to work any days between Monday to Sunday and any times between 6am and 10pm on a rota basis (shifts 6am–4pm, 8am–6pm, 1pm–10pm).
  • Proficiency with computers/laptops/phones/tablets.
  • Clear DBS (we will process this on your behalf).
  • Ability to travel up to 2 hours from your home location to perform the role, with occasional overnight stays when required.
  • Live within the correct distance of the regional location.
  • Attend our Milton Keynes head office for the first 2 weeks of training (Monday–Friday, both weeks).
  • Willingness to learn and take on new skills.
  • Onboarding requires a satisfactory enhanced criminal records check (covered by us).
  • Please note: All roles at Bluecrest Wellness require a satisfactory criminal record check as part of onboarding.
