As one of our Sales Support Advisors, you'll play a critical role in reconnecting with customers, understanding their needs, and helping them access services that can make a real difference to their wellbeing. This is a sales-focused, customer reengagement role combining inbound enquiries with proactive outbound contact to existing customers.

Responsibilities

  • Managing inbound sales enquiries across B2C, B2B and strategic partners
  • Making proactive outbound calls to existing customers, many of whom may not have engaged with us for some time
  • Reintroducing Bluecrest services, rebuilding interest, and confidently handling resistance or objections
  • Managing conversations with customers who may be initially disengaged or hesitant, and working to rebuild interest through effective communication
  • Working to clear sales targets, quality standards (95% QA), and customer interaction SLAs
  • Using empathy, resilience, and persuasion to turn difficult conversations into successful outcomes
  • Not every customer will be ready to engage; success in this role comes from persistence, confidence, and the ability to re‑earn attention.

The hours

  • Full time, Permanent
  • 37.5 hours per week
  • These hours can fall any days between Monday and Sunday
  • Monday to Friday working hours, any times between 7am - 8pm
  • Saturday and Sunday working hours, any times between 8am - 5.30pm
  • Weekends are rotational: you may find yourself working 2/6 weekends
  • Hybrid - 1 day per week in the office
