Role Summary

Known internally as a Health Assessment Specialist at Bluecrest Wellness, you will help people take control of their health and well-being. You will meet customers daily, providing support, reassurance and professionalism, and your impact can genuinely change lives. This is a role for someone who enjoys variety, independence and the satisfaction of delivering high-quality care. No two days are the same: you will travel across your region, work in a range of well-presented venues, and guide customers through important health assessments that give them clarity and confidence about their well-being. You don't need a specific background; what matters most is your passion for health, love of meeting new people, and excitement for a role that blends hands-on clinical work with meaningful customer interaction. Your empathy, accuracy and energy truly count.

Responsibilities, Hours and the Day-to-Day of the Role

You will work three 10-hour shifts per week, totalling 30 hours, with shifts scheduled between 6 a.m. and 10 p.m., Monday to Sunday. A rota is created by our Resource Team and provided three weeks in advance. You can request up to two days off in a calendar month for personal reasons. Travel is a regular part of the role. You may need to drive up to two hours to reach your venue for the day (outside your 10-hour shift). For drives over 1.5 hours, paid accommodation and meal allowance will be provided. Occasional public transport may be required, depending on the venue type.

During your shift you will:

  • Plan your route and travel to the allocated venue
  • Set up your equipment and prepare customers for their appointments
  • Carry out a variety of health assessments such as PAD, ECG, phlebotomy (once qualified), lung function, body composition, and more
  • Offer guidance on appropriate further testing and keep all necessary administration up to date

Customers typically range from 15 to 22 per day, with appointment times ranging from 10 to 45 minutes, depending on the chosen package. While you are not required to interpret results or provide lifestyle advice afterwards, your role is essential in ensuring every customer feels supported, informed and looked after.

What We'd Like to See from You

  • Full UK License and access to your own car; you must transport and store the kit at home when not working
  • Ability to work any days Monday to Sunday and any times between 6 a.m. and 10 p.m., on a rota basis (shift blocks 6-4, 8-6, 1-10)
  • Competence using computers, laptops, phones, tablets to a satisfactory degree
  • Clear DBS (we will process it on your behalf)
  • Ability to travel up to 2 hours away from home for the role, and occasional overnight stays if required
  • Live within the correct distance of the regional location of the role
  • Attend Milton Keynes head office for the first two weeks of training (paid accommodation and meal allowance will be provided for those living over 1 hour 30 minutes away)
  • Real willingness to learn and take on new skills
  • Strong customer service, written and verbal communication, problem-solving and organisational skills
  • Previous experience working with customers, offering further products or services (upselling) desirable but not essential
