Mobile Health Assessor/Phlebotomist - Full Training Provided - ELD2
Overview
Field-based role with full training provided. You will deliver health assessments across your region and support customers with health insights.
Responsibilities
- You will be required to work 4 x 10-hour shifts per week, totalling 40 hours per week, with shifts between 6am and 10pm Monday to Sunday; hours are allocated 3 weeks in advance.
- You may need to drive up to 2 hours to venues, with some journeys using public transport depending on location.
- Visit multiple clinic venues in the region, greeting customers and setting up your kit at each site.
- Conduct health assessments as per the chosen package (including but not limited to PAD, ECG, Phlebotomy (once qualified), Lung Function, Body Composition, and short fitness tests) and advise on appropriate further testing when suitable.
- Update and maintain relevant administration records. Do not relay results or additional lifestyle advice after assessments where not required.
Requirements
- Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own car; ability to transport and store kit items at home.
- Ability to work any days Monday to Sunday on rota basis (6am–4pm, 8am–6pm, or 1pm–10pm).
- Proficiency with computers/laptops/phones/tablets.
- Clear DBS (processed on your behalf).
- Willingness to travel up to 2 hours from home location; occasional overnight stays may be required.
- Live within the required regional location distance.
- Attend Milton Keynes head office for the first 2 weeks of training (Monday–Friday, stay required).
- Willingness to learn and take on new skills.
- Enhanced criminal records check (satisfactory) as part of onboarding; all roles require a satisfactory criminal record check.
