Overview
Known internally as a Health Assessment Specialist at Bluecrest Wellness, you'll play a vital part in helping people take control of their health and wellbeing. Every day, you'll meet customers who rely on your support, reassurance and professionalism, and the impact you make can genuinely change lives. This role is for someone who enjoys variety, independence, and the satisfaction of delivering high‐quality care. No two days are ever the same: you'll travel across your region, work in a range of well‐presented venues, and guide customers through important health assessments that give them clarity and confidence about their wellbeing. You don't need a specific background; what matters most is a passion for health, a love of meeting new people, and excitement for a role that blends hands‐on clinical work with meaningful customer interaction. It's a role where empathy, accuracy and energy truly count.
Responsibilities, Hours and Day‐to‐Day
You will work four 10‐hour shifts per week (40 hours total), scheduled between 6 am and 10 pm, Monday to Sunday. Your rota is set three weeks in advance, and you can request two days off per calendar month for personal reasons. Travel is a regular part of the role and may require up to two hours of driving outside your shift. For drives over 1.5 hours, paid accommodation and meal allowance are provided. Public transport may be used where appropriate. On the day you plan your route, travel to your allocated venue, set up equipment, and greet customers. You can expect to see 15‐22 customers per day, with appointments ranging from 10 to 45 minutes.

You will also offer guidance on any appropriate further testing and keep all necessary administration up to date. Your role ensures every customer feels supported, informed and looked after.
Qualifications and Skills
- Full UK licence and access to a car for transporting kit to and from the venue.
- Availability to work any day between Monday and Sunday from 6 am to 10 pm, on a rota basis.
- Computing proficiency (computer/laptop/phone/tablet).
- Clear DBS (processed on your behalf).
- Travel up to 2 hours away from home, including occasional overnight stays.
- Living within the correct distance of the regional location.
- Availability to attend Milton Keynes head office for the first two weeks of training (accommodation and meals provided if needed).
- Willingness to learn and take on new skills.
- Strong customer service, written, verbal and problem‐solving skills.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Previous customer‐facing experience.
- Experience offering further products or services (upselling) is desirable.
- Experience working to targets or KPIs.
- Experience in phlebotomy or other clinical procedures is desirable.
- Good clinical knowledge desirable.
- General interest in health and wellbeing.
- Proactive, initiative, punctual and empathetic.
- Intuitive, resilient, and willing to upsell.
- Ability to lift, carry and set up required kit.
- Enhanced criminal records check (covered by us) will be required during onboarding.
