About the Role
We are looking for a Corporate Content Marketing Executive to support the delivery of our B2B content strategy and help elevate how we communicate with partners, clients and key industry audiences. In this executionâfocused role, you will produce polished, brandâaligned content across digital and offline channels, from thoughtâleadership and industry insights to corporate collateral, case studies and productâled materials. Your work will play a key part in enhancing our corporate presence, improving user experience and supporting strategic commercial goals.
Reporting directly to the Content Marketing Manager, you will ensure our corporate messaging stays consistent, authoritative and optimised for our business audience, while also contributing to B2C content when required. If you enjoy shaping content that speaks directly to decisionâmakers and drives meaningful business outcomes, this role offers the chance to make a real impact within a growing marketing team.
What Your Day to Day Will Look Like
- Support content strategy: work closely with the Content Marketing Manager and marketing team to implement content strategies that align with business goals and audience needs.
- Create and write engaging content: produce highâquality copy for websites, blogs, social media posts, email campaigns, brochures, videos, and other marketing materials, focusing on relevant health and wellbeing topics.
- Collaborate to repurpose content across audiences and campaigns â work closely with the Content Marketing Manager and Consumer Content Executive to adapt and repurpose B2B and B2C content where appropriate, ensuring messaging consistency and alignment across channels and campaigns.
- Draft monthly newsletters: design and write B2B email newsletters to keep subscribers informed and engaged.
- Coordinate video content: plan and assist with scripting B2B video content, working with external videographers to deliver videos on time and in line with the content strategy and marketing calendar.
- Optimise for SEO: ensure content is searchâfriendly when required to help drive organic traffic.
- Manage social media: execute B2B social media strategy on LinkedIn and YouTube, including creating, scheduling, and publishing posts; track and analyse performance metrics and ensure alignment with B2C channels on Instagram and Facebook.
- Support paid social campaigns: collaborate with the digital marketing agency and Growth Marketing Manager to review and optimise ad copy and creatives for Meta and LinkedIn campaigns.
- Assist with Digital PR and partnerships: support with PR initiatives, case studies, and partnership content.
- Influencer and ambassador coordination: help onboard and manage influencers, brand ambassadors, and partners, ensuring timely delivery of content.
- Awards, events and Bluecrest hosted events: support with the submission of industry award and associated award events, along with managing Bluecrest hosted events.
- Monitor and report performance: use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console) to track content effectiveness, run A/B tests, and provide dataâdriven recommendations for optimisation.
- Audience insight: utilise audience insights to tailor content and campaigns for our target audience, driving engagement and building longâterm relationships.
- Maintain brand consistency: ensure all content aligns with brand voice, messaging framework, and values.
- Market research: stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform content strategies.
- Stakeholder management: work with a range of stakeholders including customers, colleagues, suppliers, marketing agencies and partner organisations.
- Project management: manage content projects from conception to completion, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained.
What We Would Like To See From You
- Proven experience as a Content Executive or in a similar role.
- Strong copywriting, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Strong written, verbal, planning and organisation skills.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices.
- Proficiency in social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok), analytics and reporting.
- Knowledge of content management systems (CMS) such as Strapi and email marketing platforms such as Dot Digital and HubSpot.
- Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite / InDesign, Canva).
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- The ability to manage several projects/campaigns at once.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
- A bachelor's degree is preferred.
- A business or Marketing/IDM or CIM qualification is preferred.
