In this role, you’ll be responsible for creating visually engaging, brand-consistent assets across various channels to bring marketing strategies to life. You’ll work closely with team members across departments to support campaigns and business initiatives through high-quality design work. After qualifying period & subject to terms and conditions and/or eligibility. What Your Day To Day Will Look Like.. Design and creative production Create engaging visual content for marketing campaigns across digital, print, social, email, presentations, and for events. Translate creative briefs into high-impact designs that align with brand guidelines and campaign goals. Produce a wide range of assets including brochures, social media graphics, infographics, ads, web graphics, and internal communications materials. Develop and maintain the creative asset library and design templates. Brand Consistency Ensure consistent application of brand identity, tone, and visual style across all materials. Maintain and contribute to the evolution of brand guidelines. Act as a brand ambassador by ensuring visual quality and brand alignment in all assets. Collaboration and project management Collaborate with Growth Marketing Managers, Content Creators, and Product Teams to understand project requirements and deliver assets on time. Participate in creative reviews, incorporate feedback, and deliver polished final designs. Support marketing and product launches with timely delivery of promotional materials. Photography and visual asset management Source, edit and maintain photographic assets for use across campaigns. Plan and execute photo shoots in line with brand standards. Process and workflow management Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Ensure proper file organisation, version control, and accessibility of all creative files. Requirements Key skills – the desired and required.. 2 years of experience in a Graphic Design role across B2C and B2B environments. Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva. Strong eye for detail, layout, typography, and visual storytelling. Ability to interpret requirements and translate them into compelling visual content. Excellent time management and ability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Strong collaboration and communication skills. Proofreading skills and attention to accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team. Experience working with brand guidelines and maintaining consistency across deliverables. Basic knowledge of video editing or motion graphics is a plus, but not essential. Familiarity with UX/UI principles or web design tools (e.g. Figma, Adobe XD) is a bonus, but not essential.
