Field Based - Various locations in London. £27,783 per year plus Commission, Overtime, Expenses and Benefits. Responsibilities, Hours and Day-to-day

You will work 4 x 10-hour shifts per week (40 hours total). Shifts can fall any time between 6am and 10pm, Monday to Sunday, allocated 3 weeks in advance by the resource planner. Travel to venues may involve up to 2 hours driving per day (outside of the 10-hour shift); some venues may require public transport. Work across multiple clinic venues within the region, maintaining high quality standards. Plan routes, arrive at venues, greet customers, and conduct health assessments; expect 15 to 22 customers per day with appointment lengths ranging from 10 to 45 minutes depending on package. Perform various health assessments (e.g., PAD, ECG, Phlebotomy (once qualified), Lung Function, Body Composition, short fitness tests) and advise on appropriate next steps; maintain relevant administration records. Results or lifestyle advice after assessments is not relayed to customers as part of this process.

What we'd like to see from you

  • A Full UK License and access to your own car to transport kit to venues; ability to store kit items at home when not working.
  • Ability to work any days between Monday and Sunday and any times between 6am and 10pm on a rota basis (examples: 6am-4pm, 8am-6pm, 1pm-10pm).
  • Proficiency with computers/laptops/phones/tablets.
  • Clear DBS (processed on your behalf).
  • Ability to travel up to 2 hours from home location and occasional overnight stays as required.
  • Live within the correct distance of the regional location.
  • Attend our Milton Keynes head office for the first 2 weeks of training (staying Monday–Friday in Milton Keynes).
  • Willingness to learn and take on new skills.
