We’re looking for a data-driven Consumer Growth Marketing Manager to shape and accelerate our B2C performance. If you’re energised by insight-led strategy, smart experimentation and delivering measurable results, this role offers the freedom and influence to truly make your mark. You’ll take ownership of our acquisition and retention engine, lead and develop a Marketing Assistant, and work closely with talented teams and agency partners to deliver sustainable, scalable growth.
Balance & Support- Annual Leave - Starting with 23 days, increasing to 25 after one year, and rising by one day each year up to 28 days (dependant on contracted hours)

- Plan, deliver, and optimise targeted B2C acquisition and retention strategies across paid and organic digital and offline channels, driving performance against defined sales and revenue targets.
- Identify, test and scale new growth opportunities and emerging channels, using test and learn frameworks to unlock incremental acquisition and retention growth.
- Own performance measurement and evaluation, using Google Analytics, PowerBi dashboards and channel level reporting to provide actionable insights on campaign performance, lead quality, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Lead website optimisation and consumer lead generation strategy, working closely with the website product owner to deliver data driven CRO improvements that enhance targeting, user experience, and email subscriber growth.
- Work collaboratively with agency partners and internal marketing, product and development teams to ensure technical SEO requirements are effectively implemented and aligned with best practice standards.
- Own CRM and lifecycle marketing strategy in Dot Digital, building automated and manual programmes that use data led targeting and segmentation to drive acquisition, retention and long term customer value.
- Manage external agencies to ensure high quality, cost effective execution across Paid Social, PPC, Affiliates and other channels, while maintaining allowable marketing cost thresholds.
- Direct the content, creative, and agency teams to develop and evolve performance led campaign creative, ensuring messaging and formats are optimised for platform best practice and commercial impact.
- Own and manage the consumer growth marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation across channels to maximise ROI, monitor spend against forecasts, and provide regular performance and budget reporting to stakeholders.
- Run brand awareness and acquisition campaigns, testing new channels and strategies to drive growth.
- Champion the customer, using insights from surveys, complaints, feedback, reviews, and market research to optimise user journeys and reduce friction.
- Collaborate with content and creative teams to produce compelling B2C messaging, case studies, and thought leadership that supports acquisition and retention objectives, ensuring consistent brand voice across all touchpoints.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform growth and content strategies.
- Lead and develop one direct report [Marketing Assistant], setting clear objectives and fostering growth.
- Provide final oversight of campaign delivery, ensuring content accuracy, brand consistency, and adherence to campaign timelines.
- Stakeholder management: Work with a range of stakeholders including customers, colleagues, suppliers, marketing agencies and partner organisations.

What We Would Like To See From You- Strong experience in B2C marketing, ideally in health and wellness or similar.
- Have a proven track record of creating successful marketing campaigns that drive performance against sales and revenue targets.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to think creatively and a strong problem-solver.
- Excellent experience of marketing automation and channel optimisation using tools such as Dot Digital.
- Strong analytical skills and experience Google Analytics.
- Experience of A/B testing and the ability to use data to inform design decisions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with collaborative mindset.
- Experience in line management and team development.
